Job: Application Engineer

Location: Columbus, OH

Duration: Full-time / Permanent

 

Key Responsibilities:

•            Act as the primary technical liaison with customers, sales teams, and internal engineering staff.

•            Develop and adapt customized water treatment system designs (including skids, instrumentation, and safety-grade components).

•            Lead system start-up, acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and pilot trials at customer facilities.

•            Prepare detailed engineering and performance documentation to support system deployment.

•            Analyze and interpret microbiological and chemical data to validate treatment effectiveness.

•            Deliver training programs for customers, representatives, and internal colleagues.

•            Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events across North America.

 

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Environmental, Chemical, Water, or Biotechnology preferred).
• 5+ years’ hands-on experience in industrial engineering or water treatment applications.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high technical accuracy.
• Skilled in data analysis and technical reporting (Microsoft Excel proficiency required).
• Flexible, customer-focused problem solver able to adapt to diverse site environments.
• Willing and able to travel extensively across North America.
